1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using QWCampus, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use QWCampus.

2. Who can use QWCampus

You must be at least 13 years old to use QWCampus. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf. Recruiters must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the organisation they represent.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Use only one account, and do not share it or create one for someone else.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Your content

You own the questions, posts, notes, comments and files you share on QWCampus ("your content"). By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and share it within QWCampus so we can run the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already saved or shared it.

You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights, including copyright. Do not upload paid study material, books or test papers you do not have permission to share.

5. Acceptable use

When using QWCampus, you must not:

• Post anything that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening or misleading.
• Harass, bully, impersonate or pretend to be someone else.
• Post spam, advertising or fake job offers, or ask other users for money.
• Share other people's personal information without their permission.
• Cheat, or use bots, scripts or other tools to answer quizzes or assessments.
• Try to access other accounts or our systems without permission, or disrupt or overload the service.
• Copy, scrape or resell QWCampus content or data.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

6. Reporting and moderation

• If you see a question, post or note that breaks these terms, use the Report (flag) button on it. Choose a reason and describe the problem in a few words.
• Reports are private. The author is not told who reported their content. Once you report something, it no longer appears in your feed. You can report each item only once.
• Our team reviews reports and may hide content from everyone, keep it, or take action on the account that posted it. We decide at our discretion and may not tell you the outcome.
• Do not misuse reporting, for example by filing false reports or reporting content just because you disagree with it. Misuse may itself lead to action on your account.

7. Quizzes and leaderboards

• Each daily quiz can be attempted once. Each question is timed, and your attempt is scored and locked once you submit it.
• Your name, photo and scores may appear on leaderboards that other users can see.
• We may correct questions or answers, recalculate scores, or remove results we believe were achieved unfairly.
• Quizzes, questions and explanations are for practice only. We try to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that every question or answer is correct or matches any official exam.

8. Communities

• Communities are groups run by QWCampus for sharing updates, such as current affairs, notes, videos, audio and files. Anyone can browse them, and you must join a community to read its messages and media.
• Only QWCampus administrators can post in communities. Members can read, open and download attachments, but cannot send messages.
• Material shared in communities is for your personal study only. Do not re-upload, sell or publish it elsewhere without our permission.
• Links in community messages may lead to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
• We may create, change, hide or close communities, and remove messages, at any time. You can leave a community at any time.

9. Notifications

If you allow it, we send push notifications about activity that concerns you: new daily quizzes, likes and comments on your content, and updates from communities you joined. Notifications are a convenience, and we do not guarantee that each one will be delivered or arrive on time, so please check the app for important dates such as quiz and assessment windows. You can turn push notifications off in your phone's settings at any time.

10. Jobs and assessments

• Jobs on QWCampus are posted by recruiters. QWCampus is not the employer and is not a party to any job offer or employment.
• We do not guarantee any interview, job or outcome, and we are not responsible for a recruiter's hiring decisions.
• Assessments must be taken within the window the recruiter sets. Deadlines are checked against our server's clock, not your phone's.
• Recruiters can see your profile and assessment answers and scores for the jobs you apply to.
• Never pay anyone to get a job. If a recruiter asks you for money, please report it to us.

11. Extra terms for recruiters

• Post only real, lawful vacancies with accurate details, and do not charge applicants any fee.
• Use applicants' information only to assess them for the job they applied for, and handle it in line with the law.
• Make sure your question papers are your own or that you have the right to use them.
• You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions and for meeting employment laws.

12. Our content and brand

The QWCampus app, website, name, logo, design and our own content, including quiz questions and community material we publish, belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use QWCampus as intended. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.

13. Disclaimers

QWCampus is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that using it will help you pass any exam or get any job. Content posted by other users reflects their own views, not ours, and we do not check it before it appears.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, QWCampus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, opportunities or profits, arising from your use of QWCampus, content posted by other users, or the actions of recruiters or other users. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using QWCampus at any time and ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other users or the service. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as the licence for content already shared, disclaimers and limitation of liability, survive termination.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email. If you keep using QWCampus after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
